1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Royal Plaza Hotel ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the royalplazaduqm.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Booking and Reservations

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
• Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. For "Pay Later" options, full payment is due upon check-in.
• Taxes: All bookings are subject to a 5% VAT, 4% Tourism Fee, 5% Service Charge, and 5% City Tax as mandated by local laws.
• Identification: A valid passport or Omani National ID must be presented at check-in.

3. Hotel Policies

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Smoking Policy

The Royal Plaza Hotel is a non-smoking property in all indoor public areas and non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of 100 OMR will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.

Pet Policy

Pets are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises, with the exception of certified service animals.

4. Liability

The Royal Plaza Hotel will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or your stay at the hotel.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oman.
