Booking Delivery & Check-In Policy

Fulfillment, check-in procedure, and guest requirements

1. Digital Delivery of Booking Confirmation

At Royal Plaza Hotel, we do not ship physical products. All booking services are delivered digitally. Upon successful completion of your transaction and payment verification:

  • An **instant email confirmation** (e-voucher) is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • A digital invoice receipt (showing payment status) is attached to the email in PDF format.
  • The booking confirmation will contain your booking reference number, dates of stay, room type, and occupancy details.

2. Check-In Procedure & Delivery of Stay

Your physical room stay is fulfilled at the hotel premises. Our standard check-in hours and procedures are:

  • Check-In Time: From 14:00 PM onwards on your scheduled arrival date.
  • Late Arrivals: Our front desk is open 24/7. If arriving after 00:00 AM, please notify us in advance.
  • Identity Verification: Guests are required to present their booking reference email (digital or printed) and a valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID card, or Resident Card) upon arrival.

3. Security Deposit & Incidental Policy

A valid credit card or cash deposit may be requested at the time of check-in to guarantee any incidental charges (minibar, room service, telephone, or damages) incurred during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out minus any settled hotel services.

4. Check-Out Procedure

Check-out time is between 12:00 PM and 15:00 PM on your scheduled departure date. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Service Non-Delivery & Contact Details

If you do not receive your email confirmation within 15 minutes of completing payment, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact our booking support team immediately:
